10. The cost of online Application Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General, Rs. 750 for OBC and EWSs candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD/DA (Bank processing charges as applicable)

11. Important items required before filling up the online application form and other important instructions:

1	Please download the following documents for ready reference and instructions while filling up and submitting the online application form. 2	Scanned copy of passport size applicant’s photograph should be kept ready. Format as given below: The photograph must be a recent passport size color photograph of the applicant taken against a light coloured background. Size of file 10 to 500 kb. Format - JPEG
3	Scanned copy of applicant’s signature on a white paper should be kept ready. Format as given below: The signature should be clear and legible Size of file 10 to 500 kb. Format - JPEG
4	Scanned copy of applicant’s relevant Documents/Certificates/Mark-sheets should be kept ready. Format as given below: Size of the scanned Document/Certificate/Mark-sheet must be within 500 kb limit. Format - .jpeg .jpg .pdf Note: Upload the scanned copy of Mark-sheet and certificate of a particular course in a single file (e.g. – Mark-sheet and Pass certificate of Class X in a single File. Mark-sheets and degree certificate of BA/BSC/B.Com in a single file and so on)
5	Applicants are advised to carefully verify the filled in information before submitting the application form to avoid calculation error, upload error, typographical error etc. Further it is advised to contact the General Helpline number for any general and programme related queries. For any technical difficulties faced at the time of application, applicants can contact the Technical Helpline number.

  

For the convenience of the applicants, once you have selected a particular course, it will be automatically displayed in the homepage of the online application portal under applied programme section where you can click on “Submit Application” button to proceed further from where you left in the last login.

 

Please take a printout of the online registration slip once the payment process is complete and keep it in safe custody for future references. Further, applicants are advised to visit Sikkim University website at https://cus.ac.in and regularly check for any further updates and information regarding the Admission process.
